Day one - it's serious now!

Had a good day so far (6pm) lost 3lb since New Years Eve so very happy.

Happy New Year

Right, less of the moaning.Feeling a bit better now. I'm having 3 practice days before starting properly on Saturday - Breakast : Hovis granary toast 4pp, Poached egg 2pp, 3tsp Lurpak 3pp. Lunch : Covent garden skinny soup 6pp, Tea : Oven Chips 5pp, chicken 4pp, peas 1pp and gravy 1pp. Anytime : Gingerbread latte 2pp, banana 0pp, milk 1pp, sugar 1pp, honey 1pp.

New Years Day!

Well a good start I must say! I'm not well today feeling sick and dizzy - and I had no alcohol! Last night was a washout too,I was in bed for 11.30, hopefully I'll be ok for work tomorrow. On the brighter side - I don't feel like eating yet!
